After graduating from Schoolcraft College, she founded New Beginnings International Event and Catering in 2000, fueled by passion for food and exceptional customer service Chef Jordan has traveled across the United States, collaborating with renowned chefs like Chef Elliot Graham and Chef Rupp. Her culinary artistry has even caught the attention of various notable celebrities.
